Note about registration fee reduction: A 15% reduction on the registration fee will be applied to special categories of participants. Details at the end of the page.
Payment of the registration fee entitles you to receive the conference kit at the registration desk, to participate in all conference sessions and coffee breaks and lunch provided during the conference. Participation in training activities is also included, however some activities may be limited to a certain number of participants, and admission will be closed when the maximum number is reached. Check the details in the description of each activity.
After preliminary notification of acceptance of the abstract and selection as an oral or poster presentation, payment of the author’s registration fee to confirm participation must be made by the deadline indicated in the notification, if not already registered. Without registration and confirmation of payment within the specified time, the presentation will be excluded from the program and space will be given to other contributions.
Fees for post-conference publications, if required by the journal, are not covered by the conference registration.
Early registration fees (from September 23 to October 31, 2025)
Students and junior scientists: Euros 250 (+ VAT)
Senior scientists (academic): Euros 320 (+ VAT)
Company employees: Euros 380 (+ VAT)
Social dinner contribution: Euros 60 (+ VAT)
Late registration fees (from November 1 to November 20, 2025)
Students: Euros 300 (+ VAT)
Senior scientists (academic): Euros 380 (+ VAT)
Company employees: Euros 450 (+ VAT)
Social dinner: Euros 80 (+ VAT) – NOTE: after November 10, the social dinner reservation is no longer be available.
Very late and on-site registration fees (from November 21, 2025)
Students: Euros 400 (+ VAT)
Senior scientists (academic): Euros 500 (+ VAT)
Company employees: Euros 600 (+ VAT)

15% of reduction on the registration fee will be applied for special categories of participants:
