An Unofficial Abstract Book as pdf file will be distributed to participants.
The slides from the oral presentations and posters will be published, upon voluntary submission by the authors, on an online platform with DOI assignment (in preparation). See the collection of posters and slide presentations from past BBCC editions.
Special Issue Opportunity

Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal (CSBJ) is an international, peer-reviewed open-access journal published by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) as part of the Science Partner Journal (SPJ) program. CSBJ focuses on advancing the functional and mechanistic understanding of biological systems through computational, structural, and data-driven approaches. Its scope spans structural and molecular biology, systems and synthetic biology, biomedical informatics and drug discovery, digital health and smart hospital technologies, nanoscience and advanced materials, and quantum biology and biophotonics.
CSBJ actively supports scientific exchange and collaboration within the global research community and is pleased to sponsor the Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Conference 2026 (BBCC 2026).
BBCC 2026 participants are invited to submit extended versions of their work to the associated Special Issue entitled “Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Applications in Structural Biotechnology” in the Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal.
This provides an excellent opportunity to:
• Showcase your research to a global audience
• Publish in a high-visibility, open-access journal
All manuscripts will receive expedited handling, and the accepted version will appear online within one week. Detailed instructions for submission can be found in the Guidelines for Authors: https://spj.science.org/page/csbj/for-authors
Should you have any inquiries about the submission process, please contact us at support@csbj.org
