BBCC2026 – Registration

Payment of the registration fee entitles you to receive the conference kit at the registration desk, attend all sessions of the main conference, enjoy coffee breaks and lunch provided during the event. Participation in training sessions and side workshops is free for conference attendees; however, some activities may have a limited number of places, and admission will be by booking only and will close once the maximum number of participants has been reached. Please refer to the details in the description of each activity.
Note to authors of contributions such as oral presentations or posters: following the evaluation of the proposed abstract by members of the scientific committee, a preliminary notification of acceptance into the conference programme will be sent by the organizing committee, specifying a deadline by which each author must pay the registration fee to confirm their participation, if they have not already done so. If registration and confirmation of payment are not received by the deadline, the presentation will be excluded from the programme and the slot will be allocated to other contributions.
Fees for post-conference publications, if required by the journal, are not covered by the conference registration.
Early registration fees (from August 21 to September 11, 2026)
Students and junior scientists: Euros 260 (+ VAT)
Senior scientists (academic): Euros 330 (+ VAT)
Company employees: Euros 400 (+ VAT)
Social dinner contribution: Euros 50 (+ VAT)
Late registration fees (from September 12 to October 5, 2026)
Students: Euros 320 (+ VAT)
Senior scientists (academic): Euros 400 (+ VAT)
Company employees: Euros 480 (+ VAT)
Social dinner: Euros 70 (+ VAT) – NOTE: after October 5, the social dinner reservation is no longer be available.
Very late and on-site registration fees (from October 6, 2026)
Students: Euros 400 (+ VAT)
Senior scientists (academic): Euros 500 (+ VAT)
Company employees: Euros 600 (+ VAT)
Registration fee reduction:
15% of reduction on the registration fee will be applied for special categories of participants:
– BITS members – Please consider the advantage of the member discount, so we encourage not members to join BITS.
– ISCB members – Please consider the advantage of the member discount, so we encourage not members to join ISCB.
– Registered participants to the BBCC2025 edition.
Your institution may apply to receive a reduction on the registration fee as suggested in the Partners and Sponsors page.
